What can only be assumed to be a terribly deformed large-mouth bass, this frightening specimen was caught by Detroit locals during the annual Rouge River clean-up. This infamously polluted Michigan waterway has been the subject of industrial debate as it is contaminated by both the Dow Chemical Waste Suppository and the Fermi II Nuclear Facility heavy water drainage system. Mutated animals have been removed from these murky waters with increasing frequency in past years, as the homeless problem in the area increases and the government subsidies to food shelters decline. As a result, street people have begun to harvest and consume these badly deformed creatures, regardless of possible side effects. The head on this fish bears an uncanny resemblance to a human face, perhaps nature's way of showing us that we can only pollute our earth for so long before we must face the horrifying consequences.

This one of a kind atrocity is approximately 24 " long, mounted on a wooden wall mount. Terribly deformed head can also be billed as a dog faced fish. Although this specimen contains authentic fish parts, it was not born this way and is therefore a gaff.
